Return Policy

You may return an item (patterns and printed material not included) for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.  Kits without the pattern may be returned for refund or echange, but the cost of the pattern will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.  Sorry, we do not accept returns on patterns or printed material.

Shipping Policy

Every effort is made to ship your items in a timely manner, usually within 3 business days.  Due to the nature of our business, there may be times in which we will need to dye your items which in that case may take a little longer.  We will always contact you if your order will be delayed.  Your credit card will not be charged until your items are ready to be shipped.
